Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@fey.design.

You must then return the item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and any accessories.

Return Shipping

Returns made within the 14-day withdrawal period are free of charge for the customer.
Fey will cover the standard cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
